Prices and order details are shown before checkout. Stripe processes your payment. We accept your order after payment succeeds and the order is recorded.

Terms
These terms apply when you create or buy a made-to-order mug from Coffee Mug GPT. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Company-funded team mugs
A company administrator may authorize Coffee Mug GPT to save a company payment method with Stripe and charge the displayed per-mug price when an employee invited by that administrator completes a mug order. The administrator controls who receives invitations and can revoke unused invitations. If a charge succeeds but the mug order can’t be placed, we’ll void or refund the charge as appropriate.
Generated artwork
You’re responsible for the words you submit and the design you approve. Don’t submit unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content, or anything that violates another person’s rights.
Production and delivery
A print partner makes and ships each mug. Production and delivery dates are estimates, and delays can happen because of inventory, carrier, address, or content-review issues outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Every mug is made to order. Our Returns policy explains when a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect mug may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Availability and cancellations
Design tools and checkout may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may reject or cancel an order that can’t be produced safely, lawfully, or as described. If we cancel after payment, we’ll issue an appropriate refund.
